Hello, La chambre Corail is one of our four rooms available on Airbnb.

Villa Louis is a seaside villa built in 1864 as a casino before its transformation in 1903 into a private Art-Nouveau residence by architect Jean-Alexandre Navarre and ceramist Alexandre Bigot

The villa is right on the beach, and all you have to do to get on the sand is cross the promenade/cycle path...

Inhabited since 1964 by a family of artists, the decor blends art nouveau, contemporary art, antique bicycles and homemade jams. The atmosphere is "holiday home" as we always have many friends at home we decided to offer several of our rooms on Airbnb.

We have four rooms, so don't hesitate to have a look at the others if this one isn't available on the dates you want, or if you're looking for several rooms.

In addition to the bedroom, you can use the gardens and balconies overlooking the sea, the dining room or the living room.

this room may share its bathroom with the Yellow room. Both rooms are on the second floor, and the bathroom is on the ground floor.
The room is furnished and equipped with a double bed, and the view is directly out to sea. The toilet is on the landing

You can use the kitchen, with a fridge, microwave and kettle close by.

As we're also in the heart of the village, all shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. You can park your car in the streets around the house, and bicycles are available for walking or shopping.

If you arrive by train in Caen, the Twisto bus line 12 or 12 express will take you directly from the station to the house in 45 minutes. Full timetables can be viewed and downloaded from the Twisto dot fr website

Like Dauville and Cabourg, Lion sur Mer was one of the first seaside resorts to be built in the 19th century, and the villas on the Lion sur Mer / Hermanville seafront are a fine architectural ensemble built between 1860 and 1914 (brochure itinéraire du patrimoine n°125).

For my part, I'd advise you above all to enjoy the beach, the countryside and the local specialities, seafood, fish, crème fraiche, for which we have some good addresses...

Once at the house, you can do everything on foot (or by bike), with restaurants, bars and shops close by. All parking spaces in the area are free, and there are several municipal parking lots nearby.

We live in the villa with my family, so I'll be close by if you need anything, and we prepare breakfast, so coffee? tea? chocolate?

Bonjour, La chambre ROSE est l'une de nos quatre chambre disponible sur Airbnb.

La maison est une villa balnéaire à l'architecture originale construite en 1864. La villa Louis fut également un casino avant d'être transformé en 1903 en résidence privée.

Habitée depuis 1964par une famille d'artistes la décoration mélange art nouveau, art contemporain, vélos anciens et confitures maison. L'ambiance est "maison de vacance" comme nous avons toujours de nombreux amis à la maison nous avons décidé de proposer plusieurs de nos chambres sur Airbnb.

Nous avons quatre chambres, n'hésitez pas à regarde les autres si celle ci n'est pas disponible aux dates souhaitées ou si vous recherchez plusieurs chambres.

Outre la chambre vous pourrez utiliser Les jardins et les balcons qui donnent sur la mer, la salle à manger ou le salon.

Les conditions de confort, sont un peu rustiques, d'autres diront authentique, à vous de voir... la chambre est meublée, équipée d'un lit double et la vue donne directement sur la mer ! La chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain attenante mais les toilettes sont sur le palier

Vous pouvez utiliser la cuisine, vous aurez également un frigo, un four micro onde et un une bouilloire à proximité des chambres.

Il n'y a que quelques mètres à parcourir pour vous retrouver sur le sable comme nous sommes également au coeur du bourg, tout les commerces, boulangerie, restaurants, supermarché, sont à proximité immédiate. Il est possible de stationner votre voiture dans les rues autour de la maison, des vélos sont à disposition pour vous balader ou faire vos courses.

Si vous arrivez par train à Caen, le bus Twisto ligne 12 vous amène directement de la gare à la maison en 45 mn. les horaires complets sont visible et téléchargeable sur le site Twisto fr

Comme Dauville et Cabourg, Lion sur Mer est une des première station balnéaire construite au 19ème Sc, les villas du front de mer Lion sur Mer / Hermanville présente une bel ensemble architectural construit entre 1860-1914 (brochure itinéraire du patrimoine n°125) Point de vue activité Il y à des pistes cyclable, des centres de thalasso, un club de voile et un club de tennis, ainsi que de nombreux sites et musées liés au D-Day à visiter dans la région.

Pour ma part je vous conseille avant tout de profiter de la plage, de la campagne et des spécialités locales, fruits de mer, poissons, crème fraiche, pour ça nous avons quelques bonnes adresses...

Accès des voyageurs
Nous avons l'habitude de vous accueillir par l'entrée coté rue mais vous pouvez également emprunter le "coté mer" pour vous rentre directement à la plage...
Une fois à la maison vous pouvez tout faire à pied (ou en vélo) les restaurants, bar et commerces sont tout prêts. toutes les places de stationnements alentours sont gratuites et il y a plusieurs parking municipaux à proximité.

Pendant votre séjour
Nous habitons la villa avec ma famille, je ne serais pas loin si vous avez besoin de quelque chose et nous préparons les petit déjeuner, alors café ? thé ? chocolat ?

notez que nous n'avons pas de télévisions à la maison mais le wifi est disponible dans toute les chambres.
